The plan is simple:

Phase 1: Clients and Cashflow (First 60 Days)

The first two months will be tactical focused on putting enough money in your bank account to more than pay for Seven Figure Agency for the entire year.

Phase 2: Strategy and Growth (Months 2–6)

Now that you've got quick wins, and Seven Figure Agency is paid for, it's time to get strategic.

• To bring you hot prospects ready to buy, we'll choose from The Case Builder, The Monthly Webinar Method or The Podcast Approach.

• And to make sure they win and stay with you for years we'll design a year, a month and a week in your program so it's seamless.

• We run monthly Workshops, Breakthrough Session, and Hotseats so you'll have the latest strategies, tactics and tools from the best agencies in the industry.
• PLUS: We do three live events per year (Miami or Livestream) to go deep on strategy, leadership, and scaling systems. You'll connect with other top-performing agencies who are winning at the highest level.
• We've got a system for everything. You'll install our lead gen, sales and delivery playbooks, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Just add your content and your personality, and have the business grow every cycle.

After that, we'll go month to month, as long as you're loving it and making progress.

• By the end of Phase 1, we'll both know if we want to keep working together or not, so there's a 60-day 'Love it or leave it' period.
• If something's not right, or either of us isn't feeling it, we'll just tear up the agreement and walk away as friends.
• As long as we're both good, we move onto scaling you up in Phase 2 & 3 for the next 12 months.
